Peter has fifteen plus (15+) years focused on Oracle’s PeopleSoft applications in the Federal, State, Local, and Education sectors. Peter has nineteen (19) years of experience in data warehousing including twelve plus (12+) years of Oracle Data Warehousing and Business Analytics. He has full solution life-cycle expertise including but not limited to need analysis, assessments, program management, project management, requirements gathering, functional specification development, architecture, design, data security, configuration, development, testing, training, documentation, and support.

Military:

Peter began his military service in 1987 serving in the U.S. Navy for a total of 8 years. He was stationed aboard the U.S. Carl Vinson CVN-70 at Alameda Naval Air Station for two years where he was deployed to the West Pacific and awarded a Navy Achievement Medal after touring the Persian Gulf. Subsequently, Peter served in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
